Dear
It is not that I do not desire to transfer the funds;but, accordingly to law here in the United States,I would be required by federal law to have a special business liscense to accept the funds for charity purposes.
I greatly appreciate your confidence in me;but,if the funds are transferrd into my account, they will be confiscated by the federal government. That has ben done to others before me.
The ONLY legal ways of transferring the funds is by power of attorney or a legal will.
The federal government passed these laws to protect people from fraudulent gain of funds.
The absolute best way is to transfer the funds to the Red Cross.I have the ultimate trust in them. They not only have liscensing to perform the business you desire;but, they are located worldwide. They would also visit you if you prefer.
Please accept my appologies for not accepting the funds.I hope the very best in your future.
The only other way I coul accept the funds n a personal basis,is to receive a maximum of $5,000 per day.If I were to receive more, the federal government would confiscate it.If I could receive the funds,I would have to pay a 32% gift tax.If I receive the funds and only receive 30% in pay,I would owe federal taxes for the funds[which I could not afford].
Please contact the Red Cross;then make your decision.
sincerely,
Robert Hocker
P.S.
I mean no offense by not receiving the funds;but, federal laws prohibit it.
